We needed to sell our property but not before we purchased our new construction home. The timeline was very fluid and Devang discussed that process with us clearly. Based on our needs, Devang worked on a strategy to advertise the house targeting potential buyers who can work with our particular situation. It was not a "rush to sell" to make quick commission. Devang's marketing skills are so sharp that we started getting offers as soon as he advertised the house on social media, however, he was the one who told us to wait for the right buyer. This was a spot on advise! As the initial frenzy calmed down, he brought us multiple offers and helped us decide the right buyer.
